New DESC for Wrexham
Following Gordon's appointment as Deputy District Commissioner, Mark Jones has been appointed as the new District Explorer Scout Commissioner for the District. Mark's appointment will take effect from the 1st March with Gordon and Mark working in parallel for a short period while the handover takes place.
